Terms
Last updated June 2026
These terms apply when you buy a Good Sprint. Good Sprint is a service of Design by Country Ltd, trading as Goodthing. They're written plainly on purpose — if anything's unclear, email hello@goodthi.ng before you book.
What you get
Depending on the package you choose, a Good Sprint delivers a brand identity and — on Brand + Site — a website, produced over roughly five working days. The exact deliverables are the ones listed on the package you pick at checkout. We'll confirm scope in writing before we start.
Revisions
Your package includes two free rounds of changes on the brand direction. If after that we still can't land on something you're happy with, we'll refund your setup fee minus a small admin cost. We don't want to ship work we're not proud of either.
Payment
Prices are shown on the site. Brand is a one-off fee. Brand + Site can be paid once or spread over ten monthly payments; while you're paying monthly, your care plan is included. Optional add-ons (such as Lead Engine) are billed monthly and can be cancelled any time.
Ownership
You own what we make for you — logo files, brand kit, website code, domain and content — outright, from the moment we hand it over. There's no lock-in. If you ever want to move your site or domain elsewhere, we'll help you do it.
Cancellation
You can cancel any monthly add-on or care plan at any time, and you keep everything we've already delivered. If you cancel a sprint that's already underway, we'll charge for the work completed to that point.
Liability
We'll do our work with reasonable care and skill. We can't be held liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you've paid us. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
