Privacy notice
Last updated June 2026
Good Sprint is a service of Design by Country Ltd, trading as Goodthing (“we”, “us”). We are the data controller for the information you share with us through this site. This notice explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it.
What we collect
When you fill in our brief form at /start, we collect:
- Your name, email address and (if you give it) phone number.
- Details about your business — what you do, where you're based, your customers, your taste, and which package you're interested in.
- Anything else you choose to write in the form.
We don't use third-party advertising or analytics trackers on this site, so we don't build a profile of you as you browse.
Why we use it
We use what you send to reply to you, to understand your project, to prepare a quote, and — if you go ahead — to deliver your sprint. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.
Who we share it with
We keep your information to ourselves. We use a small number of trusted providers to run the service: Vercel (website hosting) and Resend (to email your brief to us). These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms. We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
If you become a client, we keep your information for as long as we work together and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet our legal and accounting obligations. If you enquire but don't go ahead, we delete your brief within 12 months unless you ask us to keep it.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it. To do any of these, email hello@goodthi.ngand we'll sort it within a month. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
