How fast is it really?
Five working days from brief to live. We've done it in three when the client knew exactly what they wanted. We've stretched to seven when someone needed a longer think on a round. Price is the same either way.
Do I own everything afterwards?
Yes. Logo files, brand kit, website code, domain — all yours. Cancel any time and take it all with you. We'll even help you move hosting elsewhere.
What if I don't like the three logos?
Two free rounds of changes. If we still can't find one you love, we refund the setup fee (minus a small admin cost). We don't want to ship work we're not proud of either.
Can I use my existing logo or photos?
Yes. If your logo's good, we'll polish it and design around it. If you have real photos, we'll use them. If something doesn't work, we'll tell you straight.
Do you do online shops?
Not yet. Good Sprint is for service businesses — therapists, photographers, trades, coaches, cafés. If you need a shop, we'll point you at the right tool.
What if I outgrow Good Sprint?
Then you graduate to the main Goodthing studio. Same team, same standards — bigger projects when your business needs them. We're set up so you don't have to start over.
Why Shropshire first?
Because that's where we are. We want our first ten clients to be people we can meet for coffee. We'll go wider once we've got that down.
What happens after launch?
You own everything outright. The brand, the site code, the domain — all yours. Optional Care plan (£29/mo) covers hosting and small edits if you'd rather we handle that. Cancel any time, no penalty.
